During the month of March we will take the Connecticut Mastery Test.  Once the CMTs are completed we will spend some time celebrating Pi Day, then move on to a focus on polynomials:

          - Introduction to Polynomials: what are polynomials, how do you 

             find the degree of a polynomial and categorizing polynomials.

          - Adding & Subtracting Polynomials: what methods can be used?   

          - Multiplying Polynomials: what methods can be used?


Algebra - Instructions for Online Textbook

Students:  If you would like to set-up an account so that you can access your textbook from home you will need to do the following:

 

1. Go to classzone.com 

 

2. Clink on "sign in" on the top right header

 

3. Click on "create a student account" and follow the instructions to create an account (or enter username and password if you have already set up an account)

 

4. Once you set up the account it will ask you for an access code before you can access the online textbook.  The code is: 2649530-20

          - Relation: what is a relation and how does it differ from a function? 

          - Relations: how do you graph a relation? a function?


Pre-Algebra - Instructions for Online Textbook

from home you will need to do the following:

 

1) Go to http://www.classzone.com/eservices

 

2) In the Activation Code box on the left side of the page, enter the following code; CLASS1328899 and press submit.

 

3) Then you will need to create an account.  Once the account is created you should be able to use the online services.
